Applications open in September. The deadline to submit all application materials is December 1 for the subsequent enrollment yearApplications submitted after the December 1 deadline will have greatly reduced opportunities for consideration, admission, financial support, and housing.

All applicants must complete the following three components to be considered for admission. For details and further instructions, please refer to the Fielding School of Public Health Application Checklist

1. Submit an online application to SOPHAS at www.sophas.org

2. Submit an online application to UCLA at https://grad.ucla.edu/admissions/admission-application-for-graduate-admi...

3. Mail additional appropriate materials to the Fielding School of Public Health (refer to checklist)

Please note: Transcripts and certificates/diplomas showing degree conferred from international institutions must be sent through SOPHAS by the World Education Services (WES), one in English, and one in the official language of the country.

Additional materials for MPH VA Dietetic Intership Applicants

In addition to the above listed application materials, applicants MUST put Combined VA Dietetic Internship-MPH Program Applicant in the header of their Statement of Purpose AND complete the VA Program application.
