Brent Langellier - Carolbeth Korn Prize Recipient

Graduated doctoral student Brent Langellier, was awarded the prestigious, schoolwide Carolbeth Korn Prize. He was selected by Dean Jody Jeymann and academic leadership from across the Fielding School of Public Health. This endowed prize was established to financially and publicly acknowledge an outstanding graduating student of the Fielding School of Public Health.  

Langellier earned a PhD in Public Health in June 2013. His dissertation was "Linguistic Acculturation and Food Behaviors among Mexican-Origin Populations". Dr. Deborah Glik was his advisor.
