Dana Hunnes

Dana Hunnes has worked as a clinical inpatient dietitian at RR-UCLA Medical Center for over 11 years.  She completed her B.S. at Cornell University with a double major in Nutrition and Human Biology, Health, and Society.  Dana completed her RD-training (dietetic internship) at Emory University Hospitals and health system.  Her MPH is from UCLA's Fielding School of Public Health, in the department of CHS, and her PhD is also from UCLA's Fielding School of Public Health, in the department of CHS. Dana is a contributor to the Huffington Post on Environmental and Nutrition Subjects.

Donald E. Morisky

Donald Morisky

Involved in CHS, Dr. Morisky served as Vice-Chair in the Department from 1994 to 2003 and Department Chair from 2004-2005.  His research is directed to both chronic and infectious diseases, specifically the risk factors for cardiovascular disease (high blood pressure, diabetes, smoking and elevated cholesterol), tuberculosis control and HIV/AIDS prevention.
