Senior Project Manager for Population Health (UCLA Health), CEO of Health Care Transformation
Meghan Nechrebecki earned a B.S. degree in Biochemistry and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MSPH degree from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, where she was inducted into the Delta Omega Alpha Honorary Society for graduating at the top of her class. Prior experience includes PCMH program consulting at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, business development at Privia Health, and consulting at The Advisory Board Company. Meghan is now the Senior Project Manager for Population Health at UCLA Health and is the founder and CEO of her own company, Health Care Transformation. Health Care Transformation is a platform to educate and engage individuals and healthcare professionals to improve health outcomes and reduce healthcare costs.
